We have limited seats for our members please email your name and membership no. once you have received confirmation of a seat from us you will then need to purchase a "ticket only" option for the match ticket through the ticket office. If you have already purchased ticket and coach through the ticket office you cannot change the coach as the match tickets will be handed out to you on the coach you have been allocated. The coaches booked through ticket office are pick up and return to the Liberty Stadium.
If you are a wheelchair or scooter user please note that due to the current low numbers of supporters travelling on the coaches we are unable to accept whheelchair/scooter user bookings until we can confirm that we have two or more coaches travelling due to the first coach being inaccessible because of the stairs, our apologies for this. 09-12-17.
If you are calling to pod for Memberships, if we are busy we will not be able to issue immediately you will have to call back at another date. If you purchase memberships via this webiste please ensure you leave 48 hours before attempting to collect cards. You must be in possession of your membership cards to purchase members only travel.

WE DO NOT ALLOW UNDER 18'S TO TRAVEL UNACCOMPANIED, AND WE HAVE NOT IN THE 30 YEARS WE HAVE RUN THESE TRIPS VOLUNTARILY. THAT IS THE RULE NO EXCEPTIONS, PLEASE RESPECT OUR RULES, WE HAVE OUR REASONS FOR THIS.
Memberships for 2016/2017 season are available now, as previous seasons membership cards WILL NOT be posted but will need to be collected from the Pod. You MUST be in possession of your new cards prior to booking members only prices.
PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THROUGH THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PLACING ANY ORDERS, IT IS NOT A LARGE WEBSITE HAVE A READ THROUGH.
NO BOOKING IS CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM US STATING SAME.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE NUMBER OF BOOKINGS BEING RECEIVED WITHOUT INCLUDING THE RELEVANT INFORMATION WE ARE NOW UNABLE TO CHASE THIS INFORMATION SO MONIES WILL BE REFUNDED AUTOMATICALLY IF YOU HAVE NOT INCLUDED THE INFORMATION REQUIRED.
As usual no bookings of more that 6 people will be accepted without prior contact. Any payments for over 6 people will be automatically refunded.
Due to time constraints on matchdays memberships will not be issued, you can pay and drop your forms off but will have to come back at a later date to pick your cards up.
NOTE - ON LINE PURCHASES ARE NOT PROCESSED ON DATES WHEN THE POD IS OPEN. PLEASE DO HAVE A LITTLE PATIENCE AS WE ARE VOLUNTEERS AND HAVE FULLTIME JOBS / HOMES TO RUN ETC.
Your drop off point will be the same as your pick up point. No extra drop offs on the return journey are available. All pick ups are notified to the Coach company and are timed accordingly.
UNFORTUNATELY, NO HOT FOOD IS ALLOWED TO BE CONSUMED ON ANY OF OUR COACHES.
If you purchase Members travel via this website you need to quote your membership number - no number and no booking will be accepted. You will therefore need to attend the pod to pick up your cards asap.
If you book seats or purchase membership via the website you MUST pay via paypal immediately. You CANNOT book seats or purchase membership on line and then pay at the pod.
