HOW TO BOOK ON LINE
If the trip is no longer showing on the purchasing page it does not necessarily mean it is sold out, please email us and enquire.
You can book on line by visiting the Booking/Purchasing page, please note confirmation of bookings on line will not be available on dates that the pod is open.
1. Add required seats/purchase to basket.
2. View Basket.
3. Click on Pay Now and then pay via paypal.
4. Once payment has been made email firstname.lastname@example.org IMMEDIATELY
with all the required information as below.
MEMBERS – for each passenger booking
1. Full Name.
2. Membership No.
3. Preferred Pick Up Point.
4. Paypal Transaction ID including name of payee.
5. Any special requirements (e.g. wheelchair user).
NON MEMBERS – for each passenger booking
1. Full Name.
2. House Number.
6. Preferred Pick Up Point.
7. Paypal Transaction ID including name of payee.
8. Any special requirements (e.g. wheelchair user).
No booking is confirmed until you received a confirmation email from us, the email is proof of booking. You will not receive a ticket through the post from the Travel Club.
Any bookings made on line of groups of over 6 will automatically be refunded if prior contact has not been made before ordering.
If you are a wheelchair or scooter user please be aware that some trips we may not be able to accommodate you due to the coaches used, our sincere apologies for this.
WE DO NOT ALLOW UNDER 16'S TO TRAVEL UNACCOMPANIED, AND WE HAVE NOT IN THE 30 YEARS WE HAVE RUN THESE TRIPS VOLUNTARILY. THAT IS THE RULE NO EXCEPTIONS, PLEASE RESPECT OUR RULES, WE HAVE OUR REASONS FOR THIS.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE NUMBER OF BOOKINGS BEING RECEIVED WITHOUT INCLUDING THE RELEVANT INFORMATION WE ARE NOW UNABLE TO CHASE THIS INFORMATION SO MONIES WILL BE REFUNDED AUTOMATICALLY IF YOU HAVE NOT INCLUDED THE INFORMATION REQUIRED. SEATS WILL BE GIVEN TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE PROVIDED ALL PASSENGER INFORMATION IRRELEVANT OF WHETHER THEY HAVE BOOKED AFTER PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOT PROVIDED THE INFORMATION.
